We leave an incredible 2022 behind us. So what have we achieved?
We’ve started up the world’s first ATPL training course with a full focus on sustainability. We’ve done this by:
- Allocating up to 30% of flight training to all-electric aircraft.
- Flying the rest of the training in new, fuel-efficient aircraft.
- Using simulators to the extent permitted by EASA – European Union Aviation Safety Agency regulations.
- Buying only green electricity for all our operations.
- Transportation from the airport to campus by electric buses.
- Integrating sustainability awareness into the student curriculum.
We are proud that we are now leaving the start-up phase of the company and transitioning to an operating organization that will grow and evolve with the vision of being the world’s most sustainable flight academy.
Happy New Year!
