Safety culture and transparency

Safety culture and transparency

Today our Head of Training Johan Norberg talked to the class about safety culture and transparency. We have talked about how we deal with reports coming in and about root causes, actions and prevention. Early on we also want to establish a mindset and transparency around deviations to support our safety culture. We are happy to say that we have received a majority of reports from our students, which is a good sign that the safety management system is working as it should.
